1. Introduction

Intentures LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates BatchTube, a desktop application for YouTube batch video processing ("Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use BatchTube.

By using BatchTube, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

  • Account Information: Name, email address, and password when you register
  • Payment Information: Billing details processed by ThriveCart (we do not store raw payment card data)
  • Support Communications: Messages you send via our support form

    BatchTube uses the YouTube Data API v3 (provided by Google LLC). When you connect your YouTube account:

  • We request OAuth 2.0 authorization to access your YouTube channel
  • We store your YouTube OAuth tokens locally on your device and in our secure database
  • We access: channel information, video metadata, upload permissions
  • We do not access: private messages, financial data, or data unrelated to video management

    • You may revoke BatchTube's access to your YouTube account at any time via Google Security Settings.

    The BatchTube desktop application does not use browser cookies. Our website (batchtube.com) may use:

  • Account data: Retained for the duration of your account plus 90 days after deletion
  • Payment records: Retained for 7 years for tax and legal compliance
  • YouTube OAuth tokens: Deleted immediately upon account deletion or token revocation
  • Usage logs: Retained for 12 months, then anonymized or deleted
  • Support communications: Retained for 2 years

    BatchTube is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us immediately at privacy@intentures.com and we will delete it.

    10. International Data Transfers

    Intentures LLC is based in the United States. If you access BatchTube from outside the US, your information may be transferred to and processed in the US. For EEA/UK users, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission for such transfers.
