You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
Each user may maintain only one account unless explicitly authorized by us in writing (e.g., Studio tier multi-seat licenses).

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@batchtube.com.
We may offer free trials at our discretion. At the end of a free trial, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged unless you cancel before the trial ends.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all monthly and annual subscription plans. To request a refund, contact support@batchtube.com within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal.
Lifetime licenses are eligible for a 14-day refund from the date of purchase. After 14 days, all lifetime license sales are final.
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that show evidence of abuse (e.g., repeated purchase-and-refund patterns).
BatchTube uses the YouTube Data API v3, provided by Google LLC. Your use of YouTube features within BatchTube is subject to:
By connecting your YouTube account to BatchTube, you represent and warrant that:
BatchTube requests only the minimum YouTube API scopes necessary to provide the Service. You may revoke BatchTube's access to your YouTube account at any time via Google Security Settings. Revoking access will disable YouTube-related features in BatchTube.
We handle YouTube user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the YouTube API Services Terms of Service. We do not sell YouTube user data to third parties. YouTube data is used solely to provide the BatchTube Service.
BatchTube operates within YouTube API quota limits. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to YouTube features and are not liable for service interruptions caused by YouTube API quota exhaustion or Google policy changes.

BatchTube, including its software, design, trademarks, logos, and content, is owned by Intentures LLC and protected by US and international intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.

You retain all ownership rights to content you create, upload, or manage through BatchTube. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your YouTube content.
If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas about BatchTube, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use that feedback without compensation or attribution.

We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services. Your use of third-party services through BatchTube is at your own risk.

YouTube API availability is controlled by Google and outside our control. We make no guarantees regarding YouTube API uptime or feature availability.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability for certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Intentures LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
Before filing any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at support@batchtube.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
If informal resolution fails, all disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, except as provided in Section 15.4.
Arbitration shall be conducted in Omaha, Nebraska, or via videoconference. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights without restriction.
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, internet outages, government actions, or YouTube API changes.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.
